My flash fiction fantasy story “The Pool of Rim” has been included in issue 4 of the Imagitopia podcast, alongside two other short-short stories: “The Greenmarket Witch” by Lorraine Schein and “Small Magics” by Juliet Kemp. They’re read by Justine Norton-Kertson, who also provides reflections at the end of the episode about some themes that all three stories share.

“The Pool of Rim” was originally published in Æther/Ichor‘s Solstice 2019 edition. Sadly, Æther/Ichor has folded, so I’m happy the story has found a new home. “The Pool of Rim” is set in the world of Dinian.
